This course provides the necessary training for competence as a qualified First Aider.
Dependent on need, this course may be partially tailored to meet specific individual and company requirements.
This course meets the statutory requirements Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
Outcomes:
• OFQUAL Registered NVQ Level 3 in First Aid At Work FAIB certification (valid for 3 years).
Assessment:
• Candidates will be trainer assessed on practical scenarios, including CPR, an unresponsive casualty and a wounded and bleeding casualty. In addition to this there are 2 multi choice exam papers that both have to be passed.
